Mansha Arora holds a Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Food and Nutrition and a Master's degree (M.A.) in Psychology. As a Pediatric Nutritionist, she integrates expertise in nutrition and psychology to provide holistic, family-centered care for children with feeding and developmental challenges. She has a special interest in infant feeding, nutrition management for children with cleft lip and palate, and parent counseling. Her expertise includes breastfeeding support, specialized feeding techniques, growth monitoring, nutrition planning before and after cleft surgery, and emotional and behavioral counseling for children and their families. As an integral member of the multidisciplinary cleft care team, she collaborates with surgeons, pediatric dentists, orthodontists, speech therapists, and psychologists to optimize nutritional status, facilitate recovery, and support healthy growth and development. She is a Lifetime Member of the Indian Association for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (IAPEN) and a regular contributor to Heart News, the quarterly newsletter of the National Heart Institute, where she authors articles on pediatric nutrition, child development, and cleft care awareness
